How It Works

Discovery
The first step is to book a free discovery call.
On the call we’ll get to know more about you, your show, and start to formulate a plan for growth.
If we don’t feel we can help you grow, we’ll let you know and refer you to someone else who may be better suited to your specific situation.
02.
Research
Once you’ve signed on, we’ll start by examining your existing strategy.
We’ll have you complete a marketing assessment which we’ll explore further on a 1:1 call.
From there, we’ll do an external audit of your show’s marketing to identify growth opportunities.
03.
Strategy
After completing the marketing audit, we’ll compile our findings into your show’s custom growth plan for you to take and implement.
The growth plan will contain action items with a recommended timeline for completing them, training resources, and more (see below).
04.
Hand Off
When the growth plan is completed, we’ll schedule call to walk you through the growth plan and answer any questions.
Following the hand-off, you’ll also have 30 days of email support for any additional questions that come up as you begin to put the plan into action.

EAR$ Assessment
During the research phase, we’ll complete an EAR$ Assessment, scoring your current marketing efforts based on your Exposure, Attraction, Retention, and Revenue.
The results will guide the growth strategy we design for you and we’ll share a detailed breakdown of your EAR$ Assessment results and why we scored each element the way we did.

Detailed Growth Plan
The problem with most strategies is that they don’t leave you with a clear idea of what to actually do on a day to day basis.
Each of our Growth Plans is built around a granular series of manageable action items that will ensure you’re always clear on exactly the next step you need to take.
03.
Strategy-Specific Training
In addition to the action items, you’ll also get access to targeted training resources, templates, examples, and more to help you implement each action we’ve identified for you.
Remember, our goal is to eliminate any confusion that will keep you from taking action.
04.
Resource Recommendations
The specifics of some of the strategies we include in your growth plan may be outside our zone of expertise (think SEO or Facebook Ads for example).
In these cases, we’ll provide links to additional resources we trust and/or introductions to trusted experts within our network.
Pricing
Growth plans start at $2,500.
They can also be combined with our podcast audit, audience research, marketing team training, and/or ongoing growth support packages at a discounted rate.
