Our Team

We take our team culture very seriously. Our mission is to help support each and every member of our team in being and becoming their best selves every single day.

This means running regular workshops to help in their personal growth, weekly co-working sessions, quarterly visioning & goal setting meetings and supporting each other personally as well as when it comes to the work we do.

We want to develop our team members to the point where they have the skills, experience, and mindset to open up more opportunities elsewhere, but choose to stay because they’re bought into our culture and the people who create it.

In the movie of your life, who would play you? What about the love interest? The villain?

"Ryan Gosling would obviously play me, and Rachel McAdams would be the love interest. Basically I want to recreate The Notebook..."

What's the most essential part of your morning?

"Writing. I spend the first hour of every day writing and publishing an article. I feel like it kickstarts my creativity for the day and fuels a steady stream of new ideas."

Kaycee Bowen

Production Manager

What was your favourite childhood toy?

"I guess it was my Cabbage Patch Dolls or my Strawberry Shortcake Dolls but my favourite activity was annoying my brother."

If you had to wake up and write one phrase 100 times per day for the rest of your life, what would that be?

"Get comfortable with uncomfortable."

Francesca Mamlin

If you could be mentored by anyone for a year, who would it be?

"Marcus Aurellius on his Stoicism and leadership"

What's your superpower?

"I am really good at setting people up. I have personally curated several happy couples among my friends. I have also set up some roommate-ships and friendships."

Jason Sheesley

What's the fashion style you always wished you could pull off but there's no way you could?

"Hawaiian shirts."

If you could be mentored by anyone for a year, who would it be?

"Definitely Bruce Lee, hands down."

If you could be the host of one daytime tv show, who would you be?

What are you a crusader for?

"Health, happiness, geekiness, and a better planet."

Karina Penner

Content Writer

If you had to be someone's butler for a year, who would it be?

"If I'm allowed to pick dead people it would have to be Anthony Bourdain. If I'm stuck with people still alive, I'd probably pick a Kardashian just so I could write a tell-all book and make millions!"

What thing do you do that your friends roll their eyes at most often?

"Constantly repeating stories and ignoring all cues that they have heard it before and I should stop."

Greg Jackson

Content Writer

If you had to be someone's butler for a year, who would it be?

What’s the food you could eat every day for the rest of your life?
